Lessons for all Levels
Audrey is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She holds a deep passion for these ancient practices which support physical and mental health and wellbeing. She enjoys sharing this passion and knowledge through her teaching.
Meditation
The Meditation Course is designed for beginners who want to learn how to meditate as well as advanced meditators, giving them a deeper understanding of Meditation and how they can bring this deep practice into daily life. Audrey teaches several forms of meditation, and also discusses various topics for students to compliment the practice of meditation in their daily lives.

Yoga

Hatha
This is the ancient mindful form of Yoga, focused on encouraging the breath and body to move in harmony with one another. Students are encouraged to observe and listen to their own bodies and practice within their abilities.

Chair
This form of Yoga is adapted from Hatha Yoga to be practiced while seated on a chair. It allows the opportunity for people to be able to do a Yoga practice who, for various reasons, might have difficulty getting down on the floor. One does not need to give up practicing Yoga because you cannot get down on to the mat.

Restorative
Restorative Yoga is a passive and supported form of Yoga where postures are taken with complete support of bolsters, straps, cushions, blocks. It is designed for healing and calming.
